About Merlyn
Merlyn Cruz-Feliciano serves as Vice President of Veterans Transition Support and is an OSHA Authorized General Industry Instructor with more than 20 years of combined experience in workplace safety, military logistics, leadership, and instruction. She has spent the past six years teaching OSHA General Industry courses through Tri-County Career Academy, delivering practical training focused on hazard recognition, injury prevention, and regulatory compliance.
A U.S. Army veteran and former logistician, Merlyn also served as a military instructor, training Soldiers in safety procedures, hazardous materials (HAZMAT), Hazard Communication (HazCom), logistics operations, and regulatory requirements. As a bilingual English/Spanish instructor, she brings military leadership and real-world safety experience into the classroom.
