Terms & Conditions
The rules and guidelines that govern your use of the TCCA website, courses, and student services.
Questions about these terms? Email info@tricountycareer.com or call 760-385-3633.
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Tri-County Career Academy (TCCA) website, course registration system, and student portal. By registering for a class or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Students must provide accurate, current information during registration, including legal name and contact details as required for certification. TCCA reserves the right to refuse registration or service to anyone who provides false or misleading information. Certain federal-contractor courses (e.g., USACE EM 385-1-1) may have additional eligibility requirements.
- All course fees must be paid in full at the time of registration to confirm your seat
- Registration is subject to our Cancellation, Refund, and Transfer Policy
- TCCA reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a class due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances, with notice provided to registered students
Students are expected to attend all scheduled class hours, follow virtual or in-person class requirements, and complete any required assignments or assessments. Failure to meet attendance or completion requirements may affect certificate or credential issuance. Disruptive or dishonest conduct (e.g., academic dishonesty) may result in dismissal without refund.
All course materials, handouts, presentations, and certificates provided by TCCA are the intellectual property of Tri-County Career Academy. Students may not copy, redistribute, or resell course content without written permission. This protects the integrity and value of every credential we issue.
- Certificates are issued only after attendance, homework, and assessment requirements are fully met
- Each certificate includes a unique Certificate ID and can be verified through our public Certificate Verification page
- TCCA reserves the right to revoke a certificate found to have been issued in error or obtained fraudulently
TCCA may update these Terms & Conditions periodically, with changes posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
For questions, contact us at info@tricountycareer.com or 760-385-3633.
TCCA reserves the right to suspend or terminate a student’s access to courses, the student portal, or future registrations if these terms are violated. This includes providing false information, misusing course materials, or engaging in disruptive conduct.
Any fees paid are non-refundable in cases of termination due to violation.
- TCCA provides training in good faith but does not guarantee employment, promotion, or specific career outcomes as a result of course completion
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services
- Technical issues (e.g., internet outages during a Zoom class) are outside TCCA’s control, though we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate affected students
These Terms & Conditions should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, Refund and Cancellation Policy, and Certificate & Credential Policy. In the event of a conflict between this page and a more specific policy, the more specific policy governs that particular topic.
