Eric W. Spindle is a seasoned Safety and Occupational Health professional with more than 15 years of experience supporting military, federal, and private-sector operations. His background includes leadership in Department of Defense and Navy environments, where he has managed large safety programs, reduced injury rates, improved compliance, and helped teams strengthen workplace readiness.
A retired U.S. Navy leader with a long record of service, leadership, and accountability in the submarine community, Eric holds advanced degrees in Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Management, and Organizational Leadership, along with CSP, CHST, PMP, and OSHA 501 credentials.
